Key Performance Indicators for Senior Quality Engineers

Deliver high-quality software solutions through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.

Develop detailed test plans, including test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure seamless integration and automation of business processes.

Utilize MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce testing frameworks to perform functional, integration, and regression testing, enhancing the overall application lifecycle.

Implement automated test scripts to boost efficiency and increase test coverage, streamlining the development process and reducing time-to-market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and integration points, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.

Document and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.

Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in MuleSoft and Salesforce testing, leveraging expertise to drive innovation and excellence in quality engineering.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in MuleSoft environments.
  • Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer – Level 1
