About the Opportunity:

This pivotal role is crucial for our team's success. As a content creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various social media platforms to engage service-based audiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement content strategies tailored to service-based audiences across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Script, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality content (video-first + some static) native to each platform.
  • Manage end-to-end content calendars, channel-wise, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Bulk and scale a creator and influencer ecosystem to amplify brand messaging.
  • Craft messaging for key moments with internal stakeholders (drops, launches, brand IPs, customer features).
  • Optimize content for reach, retention, saves, shares, and conversions.
  • Analyze performance data regularly to refine formats, frequency, and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm shifts, and platform features to innovate with speed.
  • Align organic content with paid strategy through close collaboration with the performance marketing team.

  • Consistent growth in followers, reach, and engagement across key channels.
  • High-performing content formats with strong save/share ratios.
  • Creator collaborations driving brand awareness, user-generated content, and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a content creator, social strategist, or hybrid role.
  • Strong understanding of content formats for service-based brands.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally.
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scale.
  • Excellent knowledge of algorithms, trends, and platform-native behaviors.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or UGC producers.
  • Great creative instincts combined with strong analytical thinking.
