Job Title: Creative Visualizer

About the Department:

The creative visualizer will work closely with the operations team to enhance the output of graphic and document support for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution
  • Provide guidelines on complex projects
  • Ensure seamless communication among teams
  • Manage daily staffing and conflicts within the team
  • Support designers in managing their time effectively
  • Prepare drafts and present ideas to deliver projects as per client deadlines

Operational Key Performance Indicators:

  • Leadership, motivation, and mentoring of the team
  • Ensuring final artwork and layouts are visually appealing
  • Quality control checks at all stages
  • Ensuring the team meets its monthly and annual objectives
