US Mortgage Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled US Mortgage Manager to lead our mortgage team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of mortgage professionals, and achieve outstanding results.

This role requires a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, including regulations, guidelines, and best practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in mortgage origination and correspondent lending, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Direct the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring that all members are trained, equipped, and supported to perform at their best.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including TRID guidelines, to maintain the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Customer Interface: Develop strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and lenders, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mortgage Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of mortgage professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical Skills: Good supervision, organization, and mathematical skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skill.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in mortgage origination and correspondent lending.
