  • Obtain essential documents like BOL and Delivery Tickets for assigned carriers.
  • Process billing for all sites associated with their designated carriers, adhering to daily unbilled spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with inventory experts to investigate tank loss issues.
  • Engage in research tasks related to CRM cases involving assigned carriers.
  • Work closely with the Fuel Supply team to guarantee correct product retrieval by carriers.
  • Apply knowledge of Axxis and dealer price letters to accurately bill each delivery.
  • Ensure timely and error-free billing through collaboration with the Fuel AP team.
  • Assist with reconciliations, including unbilled items and other discrepancies.
  • Provide backup support to fellow billers during periods of absence.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
