Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Advanced Excel Trainer to join our team. As an IT Advanced Excel Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting training and monitoring the student lifecycle to ensure standard outcomes.
The role involves teaching various aspects of IT, including basic hardware and software knowledge, MS Word, internet skills, Google Drive, OneDrive, online meeting tools, and remote desktop tools.
In addition, the trainer will specialize in advanced MS Excel skills, such as cell referencing, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivot, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, and functions, data validation, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach advanced MS Excel skills to students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Develop and implement training programs
- Conduct regular assessments to measure student understanding
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience as a faculty or trainer
- Relevant industry experience of 1-3 years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills, patience, and perseverance
- Good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development
