Job Title: Senior .NET Software Engineer

Job Summary:
ConsultBae India Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our team in Pune. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the .NET framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to projects as needed.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of web services and API integration.
• Ability to optimize and improve existing systems for scalability and maintainability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), are a plus.
