Job Title: Healthcare RCM Pharmacy Consultant

As a skilled professional, you will lead one or more project work streams, utilizing cutting-edge approaches and methodologies to deliver impactful solutions that address clients' business challenges.

Key Skills:
  • Effective task management, ensuring timely completion of multiple tasks independently.
  • Critical thinking skills, identifying gaps and risks, summarizing findings, and developing actionable conclusions.
  • Strong delegation skills, ensuring overall quality of project deliverables through effective junior staff management.
  • Project execution against established workplans, with proactive risk escalation and client communication coordination for timely project delivery.
  • Collaborative team member, presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics effectively.
  • Proven ability to apply industry best practices and methodologies to unique client situations, showcasing strong collaboration with project team members and client stakeholders.
  • Direct supervisory experience, including coaching, mentorship, and performance management of team members.

Core Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a field related to healthcare or pharmacy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with expertise in data analysis and presentation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • 3-5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, with a focus on pharmacy operations and process optimization.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Direct supervisory experience, with a proven ability to motivate and manage team members effectively.

Preferred Experience (Pharmacy):
  • Relevant pharmacy experience, with a focus on supervising departments and/or team-based projects that drive process improvement initiatives and change management.
  • Alternatively, project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting, focusing on pharmacy operations, 340B program management, specialty pharmacy operations, or retail pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
