The key outcomes for the first 12 months include maintaining a positive financial position for design services, delivering high-quality marketing assets that meet brand and client standards, driving client retention by ensuring design excellence and responsiveness, and supporting upsell opportunities by identifying and pitching design-related enhancements.

The responsibilities include leading the design services function, setting quality standards and review processes, overseeing and mentoring a team of designers, partnering with client strategy and account teams, implementing a rigorous quality control process, managing resources and timelines, and acting as a senior client-facing leader.

The qualifications required include proven experience of 5-8 years in agency or client-facing roles leading creative/design functions, a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets, experience managing design teams with a balance of creativity and operational efficiency, business acumen with the ability to manage finances, budgets, and growth targets, and excellent communication and client management skills.
