Advanced Hair & Skin Therapist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and patient-friendly therapists to act as the face of our clinic. As the primary link between patients and doctors, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair & skin treatments, ensuring patient satisfaction, and supporting clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced hair & skin treatments (mesotherapy, LLL therapy, aesthetic procedures, etc.).
  • Counsel patients on available treatments & product portfolios.
  • Ensure courteous, sympathetic, and supportive patient interaction.
  • Maintain and operate equipment (IPL, Nd-Yag, Dermabrasion, etc.) with proper care.
  • Ensure stock management & compliance with clinic protocols.
  • Make reminder calls, support patient retention, and minimize dropouts.
  • Assist with product promotions, glow sessions, and new treatment launches.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Nursing, or Allied Health.
  • 1–4 years' experience in hair & skin therapy preferred (freshers may apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills with a patient-first attitude.
  • Ability to manage equipment, records, and treatment protocols responsibly.
