Full Stack Web Development Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of full-stack web applications with a strong focus on ASP.net MVC frameworks, .NET C# and MS-SQL.

Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Kendo UI and ARIA roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of full-stack web applications with a strong focus on ASP.net MVC frameworks, .NET C# and MS-SQL.
  2. Deliver WCAG 2.2 AA-compliant web applications that meet accessibility standards.
  3. Develop and maintain expertise in one or more MVC frameworks (ASP.NET MVC).
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Kendo UI and ARIA roles.
  5. Experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies is highly valued.
  6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (TFS), and CI/CD practices is also desirable.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills to lead teams and mentor junior developers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure.
