We are currently seeking an accomplished leader to join our team as a Technical Team Lead in Oracle HFM.

This will be a full-time role with an initial 6-month contract and the option to work fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee teams and strategic initiatives in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) with at least 4+ years of experience in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial consolidation, reporting, and close cycles across complex environments.
  • Develop and implement optimized processes for metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Provide actionable insights to finance and business stakeholders through the analysis of complex financial data and trends.
  • Lead high-performing teams in a global support environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HFM administration, including system configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Proven expertise in FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
