**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Healthcare Growth Office team at EXL Service. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth strategy of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and contacts.
  • Execute, monitor, and track progress with targeted outbound sales campaigns by line of business and market.
  • Evaluate prospect needs and articulate the unique value our products and services offer.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Respond to inbound emails within stipulated timelines and seamlessly transition them to sales teams.
  • Conduct periodic market research on prospects to enhance understanding of their priorities.
  • Create and optimize inbound and outbound call scripts tailored to specific industries, pain points, and value propositions.
  • Foster communication, collaboration, and reporting with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in healthcare sales operations.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare domain, particularly in payer and provider operations, analytics, and digital tools, is advantageous.
