Sales Opportunity
">We are looking for a sales professional to join our team as a Sales Closer. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with pre-qualified leads and using a proven sales process to enroll them in our mentorship program.
">The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a closer in the EdTech industry, with a proven track record of success selling courses or mentorship programs priced at ₹50,000 or above. They will also possess strong skills in rapport-building, objection handling, and creating urgency.
">As a Sales Closer, you will work in a fast-paced environment that is supportive and focused on results. You will be part of a small team that trains daily to sharpen their skills and pushes each other to grow. ">Key responsibilities include:
">- Speaking with pre-qualified leads to understand their needs and position our mentorship program as the solution.">
- Using a proven sales process to enroll prospects in our program.">
- Managing your pipeline to schedule calls, follow up, and update our CRM system daily.">
- Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.">
