Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Architectural Project Manager to spearhead the development of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design, project coordination, and team leadership.

About the Role:

  • Develop comprehensive designs, detailed drawings, and presentation materials to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior architects to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Create construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • PARTicipate in site visits, inspections, and resolving design or technical issues.
  • Review shop drawings and material submittals during the construction phase.
  • Contribute to design discussions and provide innovative, practical solutions.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams across all project stages.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in architectural design firms.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and presentation tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take design intent to execution with strong technical knowledge.
  • Leadership qualities to mentor junior team members.
