Job Summary

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and communicative individual who can work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup.

Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing designs and layouts for various projects
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure client needs are met
  • Prepare engaging presentations (2D, 3D, mock-ups) for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and knowledge

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup
  • Strong creative and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
