Senior Production Coordinator

As a key member of the production team, the Production Manager oversees and coordinates all activities within the production process. - Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) for smooth operations.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze production MIS reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Requirements include 8–10 years of proven experience in production management, a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, and proficiency in production planning, team management, and process optimization.
