Job Description
  • Lead and Mentor a team of experienced backend developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Design and Develop scalable, robust, and secure backend services using C# and the .NET framework.
  • Architect and build APIs for mobile applications, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.
  • Work within Azure to deploy, manage, and monitor backend services, optimizing for cost, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement Containerization using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Conduct Technical Evaluations to ensure alignment with business goals, architectural standards, and project timelines.
  • Participate in the Entire Application Lifecycle, from coding to debugging and delivering robust solutions.
  • Integrate Data Storage Solutions, including databases, key-value stores, and blob stores, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug to optimize performance, guiding junior developers in root cause analysis and resolution strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in backend development with C# and .NET.
  • Strong Leadership Skills and ability to mentor and guide a team.
  • Hands-on Experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Solid Understanding of API design, cloud architecture, and data storage solutions.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
