Video Editing Role

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to create engaging videos and YouTube content using professional equipment.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in video editing software, a strong sense of storytelling, and an excellent design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Editing raw footage into polished videos, ensuring visual continuity and coherent storytelling.
  • Trimming and arranging footage to achieve seamless and engaging final products.
  • Incorporating visual effects, animations, and graphics to enhance overall video quality.
  • Maintaining a strong design sense to ensure every frame is visually appealing.
  • Working closely with the creative team to execute vision and maintain brand consistency.
  • Grading and enhancing video footage to achieve desired look and feel.
  • Editing audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure well-balanced audiovisual experience.
  • Synchronizing audio and visual components to create seamless and professional final product.
  • Reviewing and refining edited videos to ensure they meet established standards of quality, style, and branding.
  • Organizing and maintaining library of video assets for easy access in future projects.
  • Communicating effectively with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver timely results.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to video editing software and hardware.

Requirements:

  • Over 1 year of proven experience as a Visual Editor/Video Editor.
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
  • Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
  • Familiarity with color grading, audio editing, and visual effects.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A portfolio highlighting previous video editing work is preferred.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability to take on additional responsibilities as required.
