Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of recent experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python, MongoDB, and Microservices-based Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement backend systems using Python and Flask.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality backend code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Python, MongoDB, and Microservices-based Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of version control using Git.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech/MSc/MCA in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Knowledge of REST web services and JSON data parsing.
