Design Lead

We're seeking a Design Lead to drive our design projects forward. With over 60 years of combined experience, our Principal Architects provide guidance and mentorship.
Our boutique design firm focuses on delivering high-quality designs that prioritize user experience and building sustainability.
As a Design Lead, you'll be involved in the design process, contributing to knowledge sharing and training opportunities. This will enable rapid growth and skill development.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for design and detailing. Key responsibilities include 3D visualization, concept detailing, construction drawing preparation, and client/vendor coordination.
We're looking for a team player committed to learning and delivering results. While salary details are not specified, we prioritize finding candidates who share our vision.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or design
- Good exposure to design ideas
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion software
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Results-oriented environment
