We are seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team in transforming data in the US healthcare industry.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to translate business requirements into technical solutions, leading requirement gathering and documentation for AI-enabled products.

The ideal candidate is expected to possess strong analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bridge Business Goals and Customer Needs: Facilitate alignment between business objectives and customer pain points.
  • Quantitative Insights: Gather quantitative product data and market metrics through meticulous analysis.
  • Software Development Insight: Understand the intricacies of the software development lifecycle, including limitations and dependencies.
  • Data Proficiency: Possess a solid understanding of databases and be comfortable using SQL.
  • Project Management (Good to have): Able to plan, track, coordinate, and deliver goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a Tier 1 institution.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a data-rich or tech-driven environment.

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup, ideally within the US Healthcare ecosystem.
  • Analytical Mindset: Display a data-driven approach, clarity in decision-making, and an understanding of the 'why' behind actions.
