Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our US Healthcare Payer Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing processes, streamlining workflows, and possessing excellent people management skills. They must be able to articulate employee challenges to management and motivate the team towards desired project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Present data insights to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance practices.
  • Circulate quality dashboards at agreed intervals to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain ownership of reports both internal and external to clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Claims Adjudication with over 1 year as a supervisor.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the US Healthcare Payer System.
  • Excellent coaching and feedback skills.
  • Able to work in tandem with business functions to ensure smooth operations.
