Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced STEM Trainer to join our team at EducoHire. As a STEM Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging STEM and robotics curriculum to students in schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver STEM and robotics curriculum to students in schools
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to measuring learner progress and refine the curriculum accordingly
  • Attend to individual student needs and provide additional learning support when needed
  • Demonstrate various STEM products at schools and create awareness of STEM among students from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Communicate regularly with parents, authorities, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Monitor student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Use learner data to constantly refine the existing curriculum
  • Assess stakeholders' feedback and develop an action plan to improve the implementation process

Requirements:

  • B.E./ B. tech/ BCA/ B.Sc. + M.Sc./ MTech./ MCA - Computer Science and Information Technology or a graduate degree (any) with science as a subject till 12th or Diploma in Engineering with a good understanding of IT technology and terminology
  • A minimum 0-3 years' experience in educational technology/Publishing/ Academic Industry. Strong connection in schools would be given additional preference
  • Young, dynamic within age group: 22-28 years
  • Hands on in MS office suite
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Freshers can apply with a relevant degree and have a passion to learn
  • Empathy and great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
