Job Title:

Talent Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for skilled artisans, experienced showroom executives, and back-office personnel.
  • Partner with store leadership to identify staffing needs in anticipation of seasonal fluctuations.
  • Cultivate a robust talent pipeline, maintaining industry standards of excellence.
Training & Development Initiatives:
  • Design training programs on product knowledge, customer interaction, and brand storytelling.
  • Conduct onboarding programs that immerse new employees in company history, vision, and values.
  • Establish a culture of continuous learning through workshops and peer learning.
Performance Management:
  • Implement performance appraisal systems that align employee goals with business objectives.
  • Ensure objective and transparent performance reviews.
  • Support leadership in building high-performing teams.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that reflects company values.
  • Resolve interpersonal or team-related issues with empathy and neutrality.
Policy Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour regulations and internal ethical guidelines.
  • Periodically revise HR policies to align with evolving workforce expectations and legal standards.
Compensation, Payroll & Benefits:
  • Oversee timely and accurate disbursement of payroll and statutory contributions.
  • Design role-appropriate incentive programs during promotional periods.
Essential Attributes & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of industry nuances.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to balance company values with modern HR practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, attendance systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Certifications in HR strategy or employee engagement are advantageous.
