Your Role

As a Manager in our Global Business Tax Team, you will build and nurture positive relationships with teams and clients, aiming to exceed client expectations:

  • Independently manage tax advisory engagements with minimal supervision
  • Deliver tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters
  • Ensure tax compliance, including filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other tax filings
  • Manage tax assessments, litigation proceedings, and audit responses
  • Train and develop assistant managers, executives, and deputies for professional growth and bench strength
  • Deliver tax technology assets through licensing or internal managed services
  • Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for end-to-end tax operate engagements
  • Manage internal client codes for time logging, invoicing, and collections
  • Pursue business development, identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones
  • Collaborate with other tax services lines and business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • 5-7 years' experience in Direct Taxation with CA certification

Location and Working Style

  • Base location: Delhi
  • Frequent travel to client locations is required
