DevOps Observability Expert Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled DevOps Observability expert to lead our team in designing and implementing cutting-edge observability solutions.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires expertise in OpenTelemetry, Python development, automation, observability tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML, and experience with databases like Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus, RDS, and NoSQL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build observability solutions using OpenTelemetry (metrics, logs, traces).
  • Develop custom collectors, exporters, and automation tools using Python.
  • Implement dashboards & visualizations in Grafana and optimize logging in Splunk.
  • Manage event streaming pipelines with Kafka.
  • Deploy and monitor observability components in Kubernetes.
  • Build & optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Argo CD).

  • 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools – Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, etc.
