The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking performance management tickets, assigning and monitoring conduct tickets, and maintaining code of conduct logs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track performance management tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
  • Assign and monitor conduct tickets, ensuring appropriate documentation and escalation.
  • Maintain code of conduct logs, compiling and analyzing quarterly summaries for HR leadership.
  • Follow up with HRBPs to ensure timely and accurate updates on performance and conduct cases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR call center, supporting performance management and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, conduct policies, and HR best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for training and reporting presentations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to support internal associates effectively.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tracking performance trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent preferred.

Experience working in a global HR environment is a plus.
