About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics. You will manage cross-functional teams to execute data platform, pipeline, and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget.">
  • Have a strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.">
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.">
  • Be familiar with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).">
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.">
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.">
  • Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.">
  • Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.">
  • Ensure all technical documentation is current and aligned with project goals.">
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Manage third-party vendors or external contractors when applicable.">
  • Advocate for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team efficiency.">

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.">
  • Have 8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.">
  • Have a strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).">
  • Be proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).">
