Job Title: Creative Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Procreator - Digital Design Agency. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our creative roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
* Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job portals, to attract suitable candidates.
* Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
* Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for candidates.
* Provide feedback and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Collaborate closely with department heads, especially in design teams, to understand role requirements and desired skill sets.
* Keep up-to-date with industry hiring trends and best practices, particularly within the UI/UX design field.
* Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using ATS tools like Zoho Recruit.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or a UI/UX design company.
* Must be well-versed with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
* Proficiency in using ATS tools like Zoho Recruit or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
