Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative visual specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging visuals, collaborating with the team on campaigns, and ensuring our brand stands out in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and brand collaterals that align with our brand guidelines and messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas that drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with design and social media trends relevant to our audience and adjust your approach accordingly.
- Edit reels and short-form video content for social media platforms to enhance our visual storytelling.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools is essential.
- You must have a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while adding fresh ideas to maintain our competitive edge.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in video editing for social platforms can be beneficial.
- A keen interest in visual storytelling and creative experimentation is highly valued.
