Chief Collection Strategist

At Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Collection Strategist to lead our collections efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting collections targets, developing collection optimization strategies, and managing legal activities.

• • Develop and implement data-driven collection optimization strategies to improve market penetration.
• • Build and manage a high-performing collections team with clearly defined responsibilities for handling delinquency cases.
• • Collaborate with the management to strategize legal initiatives on identified and eligible delinquent accounts.
• • Analyze costs of collections and develop process improvements to enhance staff productivity.
• • Manage high-value, critical cases and address escalated matters in a timely manner.
• • Conduct regular data analysis to inform decision-making and determine the optimal strategy for the region.
• • Oversee collections and possessions on allocated portfolios to maintain a healthy portfolio.
• • Monitor receipt updates and conduct periodical audits on receipt books to ensure accuracy.
• • Develop and implement effective manpower planning, recruitment, training, and development programs for the collections team.
• • Conduct regular reviews with the collections team to plan legal activities and ensure alignment with company goals.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
