Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer to join our team. As a freelancer technician, you will be responsible for installation and commissioning of various systems as per appointment and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Installation and commissioning of systems as per appointment and guidelines
  2. Demonstrate and explain the advantages of HSI PPP to customers clearly
  3. Support customers for upgrade solutions required in Home and Security
  4. Troubleshoot issues faced by customers at their premises

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • ITI certification or pursuing ITI
  • 0-2 years of experience in technical support or installation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
