Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize MasterCAM, ALPHACAM, or other CAD software to program CNC machines efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with sales personnel, templaters, and other programmers to ensure project success.
  • Effectively manage personal workflow and prioritize tasks.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner to maintain productivity.
  • Learn and use job management software to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Reading blueprints is highly recommended.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the Construction/Stone industry is required.
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and its applications.
  • Hands-on experience with MasterCAM, AlphaCAM, or similar software/applications is essential.
  • Ability to read blueprints/drawings received from customers.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to interpret specification sheets from architects and designers accurately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Natural attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
  • A solid understanding of precision in work is expected.
