Visual Designer

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints.

This includes designing website content, social media and ad creatives, blog and long-form content, emails, print and event collateral, pitch decks, and video editing and motion design.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the brand identity and ensuring design consistency across channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing website content, including landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives.
  • Creating engaging social media and ad creatives across platforms.
  • Designing infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles.
  • Developing visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
  • Designing banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
  • Building sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations.
  • Editing videos for campaigns and creating basic animations to enhance digital content.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
