Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative support professional to manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily office activities, overseeing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments for management, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, records, and administrative systems, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support HR and accounts teams with documentation and reporting, providing valuable insights.
  • Maintain a professional and efficient workplace environment, fostering productivity and employee satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with ability to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
