Job Opportunity

Inflexion is seeking a Technical Team Lead to head a high-performing team in designing, building, and running SAP BTP applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring the development team, managing delivery, planning work, allocating resources, and tracking milestones. They will also build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP, design integration patterns, ensure secure and compliant solutions, troubleshoot escalations, drive performance tuning, and maintain clear documentation to enable training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Experience in leading teams, driving varied initiatives, and business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas.
