About the Team

NMTronics India Pvt. Ltd. is a technology partner for manufacturers across India, offering sales and service of Capital Equipment, Manufacturing Technologies, and Engineering Consultancy for Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Solar, Automation, and EV sectors.

We have over 300 people across 9 offices in India and represent 40+ global technology partners - enabling turnkey factory automation solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing winding processes suitable for high-volume electric motor manufacturing
  • Specifying winding parameters, such as coil configurations, materials, and insulation requirements, based on customer needs
  • Developing process documentation, including workflows, specifications, and operation manuals
  • Collaborating with in-house engineering teams to design and develop automated winding equipment
  • Defining tooling and fixtures for specific winding applications
  • Overseeing equipment trials, fine-tuning the process for optimal performance and reliability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of work experience in winding processes, motor manufacturing, or equipment development
  • Hands-on experience with automated winding machines is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications: Certifications in process engineering, automation, or motor design are advantageous
