Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies. Your focus will be on Interaction Studio and Personalization capabilities.

  • Develop and maintain server-to-server campaigns, Mobile SDK, and Web SDK integrations.
  • Apply best practices in software design, including object-oriented and functional programming paradigms.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems or data sources.
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong analytical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Interaction Studio (Personalization).
  • Strong programming skills in JAVA, JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and CDP/Data Cloud capabilities and features.
  • Experience designing solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Proficiency with integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems and data platforms.
  • Experience using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical discussions.
