As a highly skilled circuit designer, you will lead the development of complex analog and digital hardware systems across all stages. You will design high-performance mixed-signal circuits for defense-grade electronics and work collaboratively with firmware, layout, and verification teams.

The role is focused on the creation of cutting-edge technologies addressing critical needs in defense and aerospace sectors. Our team consists of experienced engineers dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for complex challenges in signal processing.

You will be responsible for designing and developing complex mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, op-amps, buffers, and switching elements. Additionally, you will develop and verify high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR3/4, AXI, JESD204B/C, and USB/Ethernet/HDMI.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing complex mixed-signal circuits
  • Developing and verifying high-speed interfaces
  • Integrating embedded processors and associated circuitry
  • Leading firmware integration and overseeing embedded development using microcontrollers in C/C++
  • Managing complete PCB design cycle using tools like Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD
  • Performing Signal Integrity and Power Integrity simulations and troubleshooting high-speed digital designs
  • Driving prototypes bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation using oscilloscopes and analysers
  • Collaborating with software, FPGA, and mechanical design teams
  • Participating in RTL/FPGA design and integration workflows using Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Microelectronics, along with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal circuit design. Strong expertise in PCB design tools and simulation platforms is essential. The candidate should also have a solid foundation in analog/mixed-signal design principles and system-level integration.

Preferred qualifications include experience with SPICE tools for analog simulations, knowledge of DFM, DFT, and advanced packaging technologies, familiarity with digital design verification tools, experience with SoC architecture and RTL coding for FPGA-based systems, deep knowledge of PHY-level analog design, and hands-on lab experience in mixed-signal system validation and bring-up.
