About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and deploying large-scale data center networks and campus networks. This includes experience with EVPN-VXLAN, Spine and Leaf Architecture, Wireless LAN, and SD-WAN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Center Networks: Design, architect, and deploy EVPN-VXLAN, Spine and Leaf Architecture, and other advanced data center network technologies.
  • Campus Networks: Plan, design, and implement Wireless LAN and SD-WAN solutions.
  • Routing and Switching: Manage BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS routing protocols, as well as Ethernet switch vendors and software-defined networks.
  • Security: Ensure robust security measures, including DDOS protection, Firewalls, IPS, Malware detection, and strong network segmentation.
  • Automation: Develop Python or Shell scripts to automate network tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure into larger IT systems.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: In network engineering and architecture on enterprise networks.
  • Hands-on Experience: Routing, switching, and load balancing in data center networking environments.
  • Strong Knowledge: IP and Ethernet industry landscape, including Ethernet switch vendors and software-defined networks.
  • Good Understanding: Of design, architecting, deploying, and operating large-scale Data Center Networks with EVPN-VXLAN, Spine and Leaf Architecture, Campus Network with Wireless LAN and SD-WAN.
  • Experience with Linux: And good exposure to core network services (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, Syslog, HTTP/HTTPS).
  • Experience with Python or Shell Scripting: To automate network tasks.

Salary Estimate: ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,000,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
