We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Engineering Lead to oversee and manage our software testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading testing teams, hands-on experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies, and excellent understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all testing activities for multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated testing, performance testing, and regression testing.
  • Mentor and guide testing teams, providing guidance and support.

  • Analyze and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and defects, managing testing risks and ensuring early identification and resolution of potential issues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Solid experience in performance testing and regression testing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide testing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
