About the Role:
This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of expertise in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Your primary focus will be on preparing and finalizing accounts and cash flows, as well as providing financial and legal advice to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare GST filings and conduct GST audits
- Finalize accounts and cash flows
- Prepare financial statements
- Provide financial and legal advice
- File Form 15CA/CB and ROC
- Conduct verification
- Undertake tax audits
- Prepare VAT returns and sales tax filings, ensuring indirect tax compliance
- Calculate TDS and ensure regulatory adherence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with CA qualification and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate
- Master's degree or MBA in finance with CA qualification and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate
- Conceptual understanding of accounting, IT, GST, and accounting standards
- Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Fluency in English and local languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of legal documentation work in real estate (an added advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
