SAP Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:

  • Lead and support the order-to-cash cycle, managing orders, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and customer returns.
  • Configure and customize SAP SD modules in both ECC and S4/HANA environments, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work on integration points with MM, FI, and LE modules, driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support S4/HANA innovations such as Fiori apps, embedded analytics, and simplification items, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT), guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide post-golive support and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4/HANA implementations or support.
  • Strong configuration skills in order types, pricing procedures, delivery, billing, and credit management.
  • Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI, LE).
  • Experience in preparing functional specs and working with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP SD or S4/HANA certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori and S4/HANA simplifications.
  • Exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodology.
  • Domain experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM or SAP C4C is an advantage.
