Power Pack Parts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Power Pack Parts Specialist to join our team at Skillventory.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • FEA Modeling: Perform FEA modeling using HyperMesh for structural components, ensuring accurate results and efficient simulations.
  • Analysis: Conduct modal and static analysis for relevant load cases on assigned parts, identifying areas of improvement and optimizing performance.
  • Durability Studies: Collaborate with CAE teams to perform dynamic and durability studies for performance validation, ensuring product reliability and safety.
  • 3D Layout & Interface Checks: Ensure proper fitment by performing 3D layout and interface checks with surrounding parts, highlighting clearance or interference issues for prompt resolution.
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Ensure all part designs comply with DFM principles and are optimized for manufacturing feasibility, reducing production costs and lead times.

Requirements:

  • FEA Modeling Expertise: Proficiency in FEA modeling using HyperMesh, including knowledge of structural components and simulation techniques.
