Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure manufacturing process compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and specifications to guarantee product safety and efficacy.
    • Maintain and update quality assurance records, including data analysis and continuous improvement of processes.
    • Lead or participate in the investigation and resolution of internal and external complaints.
    • Initiate and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
    • Document complaint investigations, CAPAs, and closure of complaints.
    • Drive quality objectives and coordinate with production and R&D teams to identify realistic and impactful objectives.
    • Monitor progress and aid focal points to achieve objectives.
    • Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare documentation for new products, including DMRs and technical specifications.
