Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, creating presentations, providing customer service, and account management.

  • Graduates with a passion for Advertising are desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will take ownership of key client accounts while following delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team.
  • Coordination and planning for campaigns, content creation assets, and other pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities are essential.
  • Receiving client briefings, analyzing input, and making recommendations are crucial skills.
  • Managing social media accounts with engaging content and regular updates is vital.
  • Running and optimizing paid campaigns on various platforms is necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Client Services, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills are required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry are preferred.

Additional Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is necessary.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and experience in the advertising industry are beneficial.
