Our organization is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge AI research and commercial applications. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean code, and contributing to advancements in AI.

The successful candidate will collaborate with leading companies building next-generation AI solutions. You'll be responsible for developing and optimizing AI models using clean, efficient code. The work involves evaluating performance through benchmarking and response ranking, fine-tuning models using high-quality datasets, ensuring quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation, and innovating with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
