Job Title: Patient Care Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our patient care services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in leadership roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing standardized processes and procedures for front office, admission, and discharge operations. They will also ensure effective manpower planning and optimal deployment across all patient care areas, as well as plan and coordinate for the future expansion and growth of the department.

  • Formulate and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage large teams to deliver high-quality patient experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, diagnostic, and treatment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Design, conduct, and coordinate training programs to upskill and engage staff.
