Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to implement effective strategies to drive quality organic traffic and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords relevant to our business and industry.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal links, to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with our target keywords and audience.
  • Technical SEO: Monitor and improve website performance, including page speed, mobile optimization, and technical issues that may affect SEO.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitor websites to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics and SEO software to track website performance, traffic, and keyword rankings. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Local SEO: Optimize our online presence for local search by managing Google My Business listings and other local SEO strategies.
Requirements
  • Mandatory experience with Google and Bing search optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 3+ years in an SEO role with a track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CMS platforms.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
